Returns & Refunds Policy

At Scent Creations NZ, we want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at [email protected]

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will happily replace it or offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Please include photos of any damage when you reach out.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
