How strong are your scents?

Our candles and diffusers are designed to gently fill small to medium-sized rooms. We use high-quality fragrance oils to ensure a well-balanced scent that’s noticeable but not overpowering.

How do I care for my candle?

• Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.
• Let the wax melt all the way to the edge on the first burn to avoid tunneling.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended or near flammable items.
• Stop burning when there’s 1cm of wax left in the jar.

How long do your candles last?

Burn time depends on the size of the candle and how it’s used, but most of our candles last between 30–50 hours with proper care.

Can I customise a scent or order in bulk?

Yes! For custom orders, events, or bulk gifting, please email us at [email protected]. We’d love to help create something special.

How do I use wax melts?

Place 1 wax melt cubes into the top dish of a wax warmer or burner (no water needed).

• For electric warmers, turn the device on and allow the heat to melt the wax.
• For tea light burners, place an unscented tea light below the dish and light it.

The wax will melt and release fragrance into your space. You can reuse the same wax until the scent fades—then simply let it cool, remove the wax, and replace it with a new melt.

Important:

• Never leave a lit burner unattended.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not overfill the dish.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within New Zealand only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
